I’m never sure about the negative feedback, but they were really outstanding in terms of my experience. Support is on the spot, and the things they sent me were wonderful. Given the ongoing pandemic situation, I did not expect it to arrive here in Lithuania so early. Anyway, I just want you to know that my order makes me really happy!

The goods were received late and they said it was due to substantial delivery delays due to restricted flights, but the items I received were fine.

Received my order shortly after ordering but surprised to see pieces of the necklace inside. I inspected the jewelry but seems not a single thread or crystal was broken. They refused to provide me a refund and give me a credit to buy another one.

Beautiful but one of the necklace was chipped and tarnished so I asked for a refund but was told that they don’t give refunds as the items are non-refundable. They gave me a store credit instead and free replacement which is good. Delivery was delayed due to covid but came in acceptable timeframe.

Terrific buy! Hope they placed more attention on the packaging to make sure it arrives safely because the package I got was slightly dented. The objects inside are nonetheless intact. When my mother sees this she’ll be over the top.
